Join us for a day of celebrating this bygone era of history!

A celebration of farming's role in agriculture will take place at Bressingham Steam Museum on Sunday 24th & Sunday 25th August 2025.

We will be joined by visiting agricultural traction engines and steam portable engines as well as associated machinery such as tractors and threshing displays.

Our railways

Bressingham is a great day out for everyone who loves railways. We have three narrow gauge passenger railways, along with a standard gauge demonstration railway, with journeys over three miles of track.

Our gardens

Bressingham's four linking gardens cover 17 acres and are renowned for their horticultural excellence. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around this peaceful natural haven, or better still, see them from one of our fabulous steam engines.

Our museum

Walk into our exhibition hall and be transported back to the 1940s, with a full-size street scene, Dad's Army displays, vintage vehicles, traction engines, living vans and even an Anderson shelter. The museum is also home to a full size Travelling Post Office (TPO), so climb aboard and see if you can match the speedy sorting skills of postal workers!
